Membership of the Pacific Islands Judicial Officers Association (PIJOA) is open to judicial officers from Pacific Island jurisdictions who meet the eligibility criteria outlined in the Association’s Rules.
Cook Islands, Federated States of Micronesia, Fiji, Kiribati, Marshall Islands, Nauru, Niue, Palau, Papua New Guinea, Samoa, Solomon Islands, Tokelau, Tonga, Tuvalu, or Vanuatu.
You are currently, or have previously been, a judicial officer—such as a Magistrate, District Court Judge, Master, Judge of the High Court, Supreme Court Judge, National Court Judge, or Judge of the Court of Appeal—in a Pacific Island jurisdiction, and are qualified as a legal practitioner ; or
You are not qualified as a legal practitioner, but you currently hold, or have previously held, a judicial appointment within a Pacific Island jurisdiction, and, in the opinion of the Executive Council, may be considered a judicial officer.
The initial annual membership fee is AUD $50 (payable in the PNG Kina equivalent), to be paid to the PIJOA account with the Bank of South Pacific (BSP) in Port Moresby via bank transfer.
The initial annual membership fee entitles the new member to membership for the first membership period, which is:
New members or continuing Members may choose to pay three times the annual fee to enjoy three years of membership

Send the completed application form along with proof of payment to the PIJOA Secretariat, addressed to the Executive Director.
